Our Purpose and Principles

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics defines our expectations for behavior and decision-making at all levels.
1. Acting with Integrity: We act honestly and ethically in all our dealings. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. All employees must comply with applicable laws, company policies, and this Code.

3. Personal Responsibility: All employees are responsible for understanding and applying this Code, raising concerns, and asking for guidance when unsure. No retaliation will be tolerated for good-faith reporting.

Implementation and Oversight: This Code is endorsed by senior leadership and reviewed regularly. All employees must complete annual Code of Conduct training and confirm their understanding.
